Leo Bevier, the Camp Ranger at Camp Cowles, has been a part of the Inland Northwest Council for two years. His recruitment through our esteemed Scouting program has been a boon. Leo's proficiency and affable nature guarantee customer contentment, and his extensive skills in maintenance, mechanics, and general knowledge have greatly improved the camping experience.
